Join Natural Chef, Nutritionist, and Midwife Nancy Harman and food scientist Ben Harman in a hands-on and fun exploration of Natural Cooking. Learn the basics of cooking to preserves and create the highest nutritional value using fresh and unprocessed foods in season. This workshop is for all the folks who want to improve their basic cooking skills while also improving the nutritional and ecological benefit from what they cook.

This workshop is eligible for use with a season pass.
Youth under 18 may attend free with an adult registered for the same workshop (1 youth per adult).
Early-bird pricing ($55) is available through Aug 1. After that, the cost is $75.
Meet the Instructors: Nancy Harman & Ben Harman
Nancy Harman is a community midwife who also likes raising food using permaculture principles, and visiting farms around the world in Africa and India and Alaska. A fermentation fanatic, she also knows that the food that we eat is an important part of our healing.
Nancy serves on the board of the Deep River Folk School.
