Instructor: Greg Allen of Mud Dauber School of Natural Building

Learn from Greg Allen of the Mud Dauber School of Natural Building how to build an Outdoor Cob Oven. An Outdoor Cob Oven can be used to make pizza, bread, or anything you would cook in a regular oven. This workshop is also a good introduction to building with cob (clay, sand, straw mix) and natural plastering. Cob (and similar earth-based)ovens are built and used all over the world in many traditional cultures.
