Leatherwork

Join leathercraft artisan Faith Eyler for a fun, hands-on workshop exploring the art of making useful leather items. Learn about leather types, cutting, stitching, storage, and care—plus why these basic skills are so valuable. After a demo and discussion, you'll craft your own item: choose a small tool bag, belt pouch, or knife sheath (for a fixed 4" blade). Bring any leather tools you have—no experience needed!

Additional Information:

  • Join us for lunch (included), from noon-1pm

  • All workshop materials are included.

  • This workshop is eligible for use with a season pass.

  • For this workshop (unlike for most), youth cannot attend free with an adult. Instead, the youth rate is the same as the adult rate, due to the materials cost. If you’d like to bring a youth, please purchase a registration for them.

  • Early-bird pricing ($55) is available through Nov 1. After that, the cost is $75.
